Maximise revenue / adjust nightly prices with owner to remain competitive aiming for > 75% occupancy rate
Coordinate directly with cleaner to ensure cleaning is scheduled in-between guests and advise them of any specific reservation requests.
Report any maintenance or repairs needed to the Owner after the property is inspected by the cleaner after each stay
Review each guest on Airbnb post departure and encourage guests to review property / host. (The information is required from the cleaner to assist in writing an accurate review).
Find a cleaner and a property maintenance person*
Pay the cleaner and the property maintenance person
Pay for the replacement of items if they go missing or are accidentally broken by guests
Pay for utility bills
* We can assist with finding a cleaner and property maintenance person for the property but it is ultimately the owner’s responsibility in ensuring the persons they choose is who want for the role and that the people are suited to the role.
